I picked up this Sunny Health water rower locally, and for $300 it's a solid deal. The water resistance gives a smooth, natural stroke that mimics rowing on water—much more immersive than air or magnetic. Assembly took about an hour, and the steel frame feels sturdy. The LCD is basic but shows calories, time, and distance, which is enough for me. The 4 programs are a nice touch, though I mostly use manual mode. The max user weight of 350 lb is reassuring. My only gripe is that it's not silent—the water splashing is soothing, but you'll hear it. Great for home use if you can arrange pickup.
