The R300 commercial-grade rower is a beast. It's heavy and long—make sure you have space. The air resistance is smooth, and the LCD tracks calories and distance well. The heart rate monitor is a nice touch, though the chest strap isn't included. Assembly took some time, but the build quality feels robust. For the price, you get a machine that can handle heavy use, but the folding mechanism isn't as compact as I'd like.
